We make our tube-luff version of the Mainsail to fit the Whaler Squall with a white 3.9 oz. Dacron from Challenge Sailcloth, America's premier manufacturer of woven sailcloth. The sail attaches along the luff with a sleeve that slides over the mast.
This is the more vertically-oriented tube-luff version of the sail, where the mast slides into a sleeve in the top half of the sail, and the bottom half of the luff connects with mast hoops or lacing.
We can also apply full-color graphics and images of any kind in our in-house sail graphics division.
