We make our Furling Jib to fit the Hobie 16 with a customized, colorful selection of 3.9 oz. colored Dacron from Challenge Sailcloth, America's premier manufacturer of woven sailcloth. The sail attaches along the luff with a wire internal to the luff exiting at the head and tack for attachment.
If you don't have a jib furler, we also offer this battenless sail with a softer wire that can be more easily stored in a sailbag -- ask for our "Hollow Cut" version. These are recreational sails, not legal for sanctioned competition.
We can also apply full-color graphics and images of any kind in our in-house sail graphics division. Other options and accessories are available, some listed below, and if you have something else in mind, we're happy to customize the sail in any way you like.
