The old-style tube-luff Jib for the Chrysler Buccaneer is built from a white 3.9 oz. Dacron made by Challenge Sailcloth, America's premier manufacturer of woven sailcloth. The sail attaches along the luff with a tube your forestay will slide into to support the leading edge of the sail.
The sail is secured at the top and bottom of the luff tube wih standard hose clamps. This is a recreational sail, not legal for class-sanctioned competition.
